Orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our studio in Barcelona.

Spain & Portugal

2–4 business days. Free on orders over €100.

European Union

3–6 business days. Free on orders over €100.

Rest of the world

5–10 business days. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where available.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking link, sent to your email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.

30 days, always

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. No questions, no forms to justify.

Condition

Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with hygienic liner and tags attached. Try on over your own underwear, always.

How to start

Write to us through the contact form or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with a return label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving at the studio.

Size not right? We ship the new size first, so you are never without your bikini in summer.
